What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to assess customer needs and identify product functionality gaps.
• Develop high-level IT architecture specifications and design documents for strategic clients.
• Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoC) and technical demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support RFP/RFI responses and account management strategies.
• Support the design and migration of customer data to the Smile Health Data Fabric.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and product teams to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical sales, customer consulting, and system architecture.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience building and delivering complex technology-based systems at scale.
• Strong knowledge of CSP deployment patterns, CI/CD, containers, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading strategic RFP response development.

Nice to have

• Experience with health technologies such as HL7 FHIR.
• Professional software development background.
• Experience in healthcare or similar regulated industries.
