Salary: $90,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Lead assigned residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Interpret blueprints, lay out project requirements, and assign roles to crew members.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates and finances.
• Provide direction and training to carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct weekly safety meetings, and perform site assessments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience with a strong background in Construction Management.
• OSHA30 and RRP certifications are required.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Demonstrated carpentry skills and knowledge of all aspects of the trade.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 100 pounds.
