What you will do

• Manage a high-revenue book of fitness and wellness partners in the Frankfurt market.
• Drive revenue and reservation growth through data-led insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure partner retention and monitor supply health, specifically focusing on inventory availability.
• Act as an internal advocate by escalating market-specific feedback and bugs to the country leadership team.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and prepare detailed performance reports for studio partners.
• Maintain and develop a partner pipeline using Salesforce.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management and creatively resolving client issues.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills to align tactical plans with business goals.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and market trends to develop actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Legal right to work in Germany.
