• Conduct regular quarterly check-ins to reinforce value and identify upselling opportunities.
• Analyze engagement metrics to uncover trends and proactively address gaps with tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and organize promotional activities to boost employee participation.
• Provide exceptional customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the EMEA Launch Specialist for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in account management or a sales-related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve client outcomes.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented problem solver capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
