What you will do
- Develop new and existing accounts within a defined territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through proactive prospecting.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including forecasting, lead generation, and account management.
- Partner with internal teams (SEs, PAMs, SDRs) and Channel Partners to achieve territory goals.
- Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce, conduct product demonstrations, and lead RFP responses.
- Act as an advisor to prospects, documenting their business and IT strategies in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4+ years customer-facing sales experience with security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT related software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Fluent or business proficient in German language required.
