What you will do

• Lead growth and transformation initiatives across AI, strategy, go-to-market, and product business models.
• Translate strategy into actionable execution plans, including milestones, critical-path tracking, and decision logs.
• Support the Transformation Office in maintaining governance, execution discipline, and prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability for outcomes and proactively resolving blockers.
• Develop executive and board-level materials, including presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Integrate AI fluency into business operations to reshape products and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience combining business consulting with in-house strategy or transformation work.
• Proven track record of collaborating directly with C-level stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong expertise in transformation, strategy execution, and operational detailing.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills for complex organizational changes.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary, international teams across diverse markets.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German or Dutch.
• Professional experience in the Healthcare, Life Science, or AI sectors.
