Salary: $300,000 – $393,700

What you will do

• Own the long-term roadmap for global GTM data and technology architecture.
• Lead the transition to AI-native operations by deploying AI agents and automated workflows.
• Standardize global sales workflows and streamline Quote-to-Cash processes to reduce friction.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Field Support organization to optimize productivity.
• Partner with IT, Product, and Finance to deliver complex GTM capabilities.
• Manage and grow a global team of Directors and managers across core sales and shared services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years leading Sales Ops or GTM Systems in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC, CPQ, CLM) and master data management.
• Proven success managing global, multi-layered teams in SLA-driven environments.
• Experience governing integrations between Salesforce and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive executive alignment and communicate across technical and business audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience leading GTM teams through a transition from manual data delivery to AI-governed architecture.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based agent deployments within CRM and data warehouse systems.
