What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision for hirify.global as the conversational interface for CRM.
• Own the product roadmap across hirify.globalCRM, hirify.globalbot, and hirify.globalFirst initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering and design to align strategy with execution.
• Drive product-led growth strategies to acquire new Salesforce logos through hirify.global.
• Manage complex cross-org dependencies between hirify.global and Salesforce cloud teams.
• Champion pricing and packaging strategies for CRM solutions within the hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of shipping products at scale in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Technical degree required.
• Deep understanding of CRM, enterprise workflows, or productivity software.
• Experience building AI-powered product experiences, particularly conversational or agent-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop senior product managers in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce and CRM data models.
• Experience leading PLG-driven product strategy and conversion optimization.
• Experience navigating multi-platform product development across mobile and web.
