What you will do

• Design and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Configure Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Entitlements.
• Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites for external and partner users.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and metadata deployment activities.
• Support data migration and integration tasks using tools like Data Loader or ETL platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex and LWC.
• Proven experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and data models.
• Experience with DevOps version control tools like Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II and Service Cloud/Experience Cloud Consultant certifications required.
