Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for an assigned business process, system applications, supporting software, and integrations.
• Collect and rationalize business requirements for implementation in JDE ERP with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Write detailed requirements and use cases for products, features, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Track delivery progress, identify risks, and prepare mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop, test, launch, validate, and refine solutions.
• Act as the primary intake contact for business stakeholders and improve complex workflows and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in complex problem solving and business process design.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with global teams across Europe and China and coordinate internal and external resources.
