Sr Program Manager - Implementation (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex implementation programs, schedules, milestones, and delivery activities across multiple customer engagements.
• Act as the primary implementation lead for customers, managing expectations, communications, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Delivery, Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders while managing dependencies and accountability.
• Analyze project risks, identify delays, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues that may affect delivery or customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate customer-facing meetings and maintain project documentation, status reports, risk assessments, Jira tickets, and implementation records.
• Identify process improvements, support operational scalability, and guide less experienced program managers.

Requirements

• US work authorization is required; employment sponsorship is not available.
• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation programs, customer onboarding initiatives, project delivery, or client-facing operational projects.
• Advanced experience with implementation programs or customer onboarding, including project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to independently manage complex engagements, competing priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management and ticketing platforms; a bachelor’s degree or related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating technical implementation or integration activities.
• Experience with process optimization, operational scalability, or mentoring junior professionals.
