Senior HR Business Partner (Aerospace)

Salary: $85,000–$148,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, performance indicators, and workforce priorities.
• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, performance concerns, documentation, and compliant workplace issue resolution.
• Support talent and leadership development, performance management training, and annual performance reviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on interviews, candidate selection, salary analysis, and equitable offers.
• Lead merit, bonus, and out-of-cycle compensation planning while supporting fairness and internal equity.
• Analyze HR data, exit feedback, turnover trends, and engagement indicators to recommend workforce improvements.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience advising senior leaders in complex business operations.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation processes.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Ability to work onsite in Palmdale, California.
