HR Business Partner III (AI/Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Remote in the United States of America; candidates must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. Hybrid for candidates in the San Antonio, Texas area, with two days per week at the hirify.global headquarters.

Salary: $78,074–$114,546.30 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience. Additional incentives may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on talent strategies, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, engagement, career development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support technical organizations working across AI, GPU infrastructure, inference platforms, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance computing.
• Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
• Lead organizational change initiatives through coaching, change management, and communication strategies.
• Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States, specifically in the Mountain or Pacific time zones for the remote arrangement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least four years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting technical or business organizations.
• Experience advising leaders through complex employee situations and experience in at least two HR disciplines, such as organizational development, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, HR analytics, HR operations, employee engagement, or HRIS.
• Strong consulting, coaching, influencing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Product, GPU-as-a-Service, AI/ML, inference, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or technical delivery organizations.
• Experience with AI, GPU, and high-performance computing talent markets.
• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Technical Operations leaders during growth, transformation, or technology innovation.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or global teams.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
