Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma, USA; hybrid role

What you will do

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to align workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent priorities with business strategy.
• Advise and coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, corrective actions, performance management, and terminations.
• Drive organizational design, change management, communications, continuous improvement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, retention strategies, development planning, and internal mobility efforts.
• Use workforce analytics and talent metrics to support data-driven decisions and accurate Human Resources reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Social Work, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, or in a related role.
• Experience developing workforce and talent strategies with business leaders.
• Experience with employee relations investigations, corrective actions, performance management, organizational change, and workforce planning.
• Experience advising leaders on talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, food, ingredients, biotechnology, chemical, or other industrial operations.
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience leading business transformation, culture change, or large-scale organizational development initiatives.
