HR Business Partner (Investment Management)

Location: New York, New York; at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Provide strategic human capital advice to managers and business leaders across investment groups.
• Analyze people data, business issues, and root causes to recommend practical HR solutions.
• Lead or support organizational restructuring, change management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Advise on talent management, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations.
• Develop diversity and inclusion programs and targeted development plans for high-performing employees.
• Partner with Finance, Learning and Development, HR Generalists, and Coordinators to execute HR programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related HR Business Partner experience, ideally in financial services or asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; PHR certification preferred.
• Experience advising and influencing managers at all levels on complex employee and organizational issues.
• Experience leading change management plans and working in a highly collaborative global matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment legislation, HR best practices, and investment management.
• High proficiency with HR systems, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
