Principal Project Delivery Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Cork, Ireland; project activities at the Cork Little Island site. Travel up to 5%.

Base pay: €70,100–€121,210 per year, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and direct engineering project delivery resources and activities at the Cork site.
• Execute projects supporting supply chain value optimization and new product launches.
• Lead diverse teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects within budget and schedule.
• Partner with end users to identify and define innovative technical solutions.
• Ensure commissioning and qualification activities are completed and documented.
• Provide project updates and develop engineering talent through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading diverse teams and developing people.
• Strong focus on safety and effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work at the Cork, Ireland site.

Nice to have

• PMP or FPX certification.
• Organizational change management skills.
