Senior Energy Marshall (SAP MV)

What you will do

• Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams to improve operational control of hazardous energy.
• Review safety documentation and conduct audits across the energy program.
• Support electrical infrastructure management throughout the data centre campus.
• Train new and existing employees on energy isolation processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to test and validate MEP system installation, operation, and performance safely.

Requirements

• Experience developing and supporting electrical safety programs aligned with NFPA 70E, the National Electrical Code, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience controlling hazardous energy in complex, mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience in industrial or commercial field engineering for mission-critical facilities and electrical infrastructure.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
