Sr Mgr MTO Operational Excellence Site Lead (MedTech)

Location: Little Island, Cork, Ireland; onsite site leadership role

Base pay: €85,000–€146,050 per year

What you will do

• Lead and sustain JJPS business processes, Lean leadership, and the site Culture of Excellence.
• Map value streams, identify capability gaps, and deliver reliability improvements for strategic brands.
• Own the CIP pipeline, site cost-improvement portfolio, annual targets, KPIs, and related planning and financial cycles.
• Lead site performance management, reporting, and execution of OPEX programs such as Smart Change Over, OEE, Golden Batch, Waste to Excellence/Yield, ZBB, and ideation workshops.
• Build Lean and continuous-improvement capability through training, coaching, mentoring, and certification support.
• Partner with site leaders on strategic roadmaps, goals, change management, resource planning, talent development, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science.
• 8–10 years of related experience, including operations, GET, MSAT, planning, or project management.
• 3–5 years leading a continuous-improvement or Lean function and 3–5 years of management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement certification, such as Master Black Belt or Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience deploying JJPS/production systems and RCPS, leading cross-functional teams, and managing governance models.
• Business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MSc or MBA.
• Project Management certification such as FPX or PMP.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain, technical teams, Lean health checks, site diagnostics, or continuous-improvement deep dives.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, SPC, process control, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
