What you will do

• Contribute to major airfield and terminal expansion projects, including civil engineering works and pier developments.
• Support transport infrastructure and airport accessibility improvements with planning and strategy teams.
• Gain experience in project delivery, contracts, programme controls, governance, health and safety, quality assurance, and technical services.
• Help embed sustainability and safety throughout infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on capital projects in a live operational aviation environment.

Requirements

• Hold or expect a 2.1 degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
• Demonstrate knowledge of engineering, construction, or infrastructure principles through academic or project work.
• Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and learning skills.
• Show curiosity, innovation, and the ability to improve processes and solve problems creatively.
