Industry Engagement Analyst: Providing administrative, logistical, and analytical support for industry engagements within the Office of the Secretary of Defense with an accent on stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and task management. Focus on executing high-level meetings, maintaining standard operating procedures, and ensuring seamless communication between DoD stakeholders and industry partners.

Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA (Full-time onsite at the Pentagon)

Salary: $119,000 — $172,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide administrative and logistical support for the planning and execution of industry engagements.
• Coordinate with internal and external DoD stakeholders on meeting protocols and read-ahead materials.
• Track and analyze engagement priorities and coordinate progress with relevant points of contact.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools for engagement forums.
• Support additional engagement efforts with academia or international partners as needed.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, project management, business administration, or related field
• 10+ years of professional experience (or 14+ years with a high school diploma)
• Experience coordinating events or meetings for senior leadership (GO/FO/SES)
• Proficiency in task management tools like CATMS
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
