What you will do
- Support experts and senior staff on complex construction project-oriented consulting engagements.
- Develop and update project schedules, including baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6.
- Conduct detailed research and data collection from public and commercial databases to support analytical findings.
- Assist in the development of time, schedule, and cost analysis for litigation and arbitration support.
- Draft, edit, and proofread expert reports and prepare visual exhibits for presentations.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet rigorous client deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Building Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or related project support.
- Foundational knowledge of Primavera P6 and experience with schedule development.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Masterβs degree in a related field.
- Professional licensure (Professional Architect, Engineer, Accountant, or General Contractor).
- Experience in procurement, estimating, or architectural/engineering building design.
