Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base + bonuses + equity

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of medical practices, overseeing financial performance, quality metrics, and operational improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to identify performance gaps and develop strategic project plans for practice success.
• Coach physicians and office staff on Value-Based Care processes, technologies, and clinical workflows.
• Nurture executive-level relationships with healthcare system leaders to ensure alignment on contract goals.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to present performance outcomes and financial projections.
• Surface critical operational problems to central leadership to drive systemic improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel 40% of the time within Maryland and Delaware.
• 6-8 years of experience in practice management, project management, or account management.
• 5 years of experience with executive-level communication.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
