What you will do

• Lead the iterative definition and refinement of program strategies in response to internal and external environmental changes.
• Develop analytically rigorous initiative-level strategies and Bodies of Work in partnership with leadership.
• Synthesize complex evidence into clear, decision-oriented recommendations for portfolio and strategy reviews.
• Scope and lead time-bound critical initiatives that cut across multiple teams and foundation-wide priorities.
• Provide thought partnership and trusted-advisor counsel to the leadership team on strategic issues.
• Build internal networks to translate evidence into uptake by foundation leadership and external scaling partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience with dual background in leading strategy projects at a top consulting firm and implementation experience.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Proven strengths in structured problem solving, strategic business planning, and quantitative/financial fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Deep knowledge of complex project management and experience working with global health or development institutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively across cultural and linguistic barriers.
