What you will do

• Process shipment entries using the Transportation Management System and track performance objectives.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers and carriers regarding shipment status and service failures.
• Supervise shipments and adjust schedules based on changing shipper and carrier needs.
• Set shipment appointments using external websites and internal tools.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and problem-solve in real-time.
• Monitor load-tendered status from pick-up through delivery and empty status.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekend hours (Friday–Monday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email etiquette.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
