What you will do

• Act as a remote doorman to log package deliveries and remotely grant courier access to buildings.
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls (100+ per day), addressing customer needs and complaints efficiently.
• Interact with vendors and visitors to provide high-quality customer service.
• Document all call interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude in a high-pressure production environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment, preferably in a BPO.
• Proven experience handling at least 100 inbound calls per day in a previous role.
• At least 2 years of experience working shifts for US-based clients.
• Ability to work New York (EST) timezone.
• Technical: Windows PC (i3 6th gen+, 8GB RAM, 60GB disk), wired standard call center headset, and a stable 100mbps Fiber internet connection.
