Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD (Base), OTE: $275,000 - $325,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to drive performance and career growth.
- Partner with sellers on deal strategy, executive support, and complex negotiations to close strategic opportunities.
- Establish consistency in pipeline management, forecasting, and overall sales execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, conversion, and operational excellence.
- Participate directly in customer meetings and product demonstrations to influence company strategy.
- Refine sales methodology, onboarding, and coaching programs to support rapid scaling.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States due to compliance and security requirements.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing B2B sales teams.
- Strong sales leadership fundamentals including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection.
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills to build credibility with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience selling relationship-driven solutions into mid-market organizations.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a hands-on leadership style.
