Salary: $120,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Manage monetization partnerships with major supply partners like Roku, Samsung, Pluto, and Amazon.
• Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally to identify and lead growth strategy initiatives.
• Analyze partner performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution.
• Support the commercialization of new opportunities across marketing, sales, and planning teams.
• Track key performance indicators to measure success and communicate status to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in media/advertising at a leading entertainment corporation, agency, or technology platform.
• Deep understanding of digital content distribution and monetization technologies (OTT, mobile, DAI, ad serving).
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
