• Build and own a book of business from day one by leveraging existing local relationships.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new local advertisers across various industries.
• Develop repeatable revenue streams through renewals and long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the hirify.global brand ambassador in-market by attending events and building community presence.
• Create and manage a high-volume pipeline of deals.
• Actively develop AI literacy and integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, digital media, or advertising.
• Deeply connected in the Denver market with a proven ability to monetize a personal network.
• Demonstrated success in closing new business and generating revenue.
• Strong hunter mentality with a bias toward action and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Denver, CO to maintain essential in-market presence.
