Full Stack Developer (Python + React, E-commerce)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America, specifically Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico

What you will do

• Design and develop large-scale distributed systems and scalable Python backend services.
• Build and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop responsive frontend functionality with React.
• Implement microservices and event-driven solutions for scalability and performance.
• Create unit, API, regression, and performance tests.
• Optimize applications for reliability, low latency, and high availability while resolving production incidents and contributing to architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Python.
• Strong experience with Python, distributed systems, microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, and React.
• Knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, and Redshift.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-load e-commerce platforms and event-driven architecture.
• Performance optimization, observability, CI/CD, and DevOps experience.
• Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements.
