Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python+React)

Location: Fully remote from Poland; working hours aligned with CET.

What you will do

• Develop, test, debug, maintain, and improve Python applications, services, and scalable APIs.
• Design and implement GenAI agents using AWS Bedrock and related cloud AI capabilities.
• Build vectorized data and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions with PostgreSQL, pg_vector, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
• Deploy applications in AWS and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code while considering performance and cloud costs.
• Evaluate GenAI frameworks and direct provider integrations, and implement multi-agent solutions where appropriate.
• Investigate application, infrastructure, and integration issues while improving system reliability.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments.
• Hands-on experience developing GenAI and agentic applications with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience with managed cloud GenAI services such as AWS Bedrock or comparable solutions.
• Strong PostgreSQL and relational database development experience, plus Pandas and Excel-based data processing.
• Frontend development experience with React and Next.js, and experience designing scalable APIs and backend services.
• Upper-Intermediate English and availability to work from Poland in the CET time zone are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, FastMCP, web scraping, and external data ingestion.
• Experience with Docker, cloud-native architectures, serverless technologies, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
