A one-of-a-kind marketplace for buying and selling special objects, auctioning over 100,000 unique items weekly.

What you will do

• Screen and curate modern and vintage exclusive watches to ensure high quality of listings.
• Review lot titles, descriptions, and pictures to create attractive listings and provide estimated values.
• Optimize auction strategies, including reserve prices, sell rates, and stock management.
• Monitor auction performance and guide sellers on current market trends.
• Manage the rejection of submissions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Act as a mediator to resolve disputes between users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Professional trading experience in the Vintage watch segment.
• Proven experience using platforms such as Chrono24, eBay, 1stDibs, or B2B watch fairs.
• Existing network of potential sellers and experts in the field.
• English: Very good command (C1) required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance expert judgment with commercial targets.
