Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely

What you will do
- Identify, assess, and secure new retail locations across the Czech Republic, including Prague.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support long-term expansion plans.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal departments on location and store development projects.
- Select suitable store formats based on customer needs and location characteristics.
- Prepare approval materials, coordinate new store openings, and work against established KPIs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, oversee location-related legal documentation, and maintain relationships with local authorities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in expansion, real estate acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong market knowledge, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Professional presentation skills and the ability to communicate, influence, and build relationships at all management levels.
- Upper-intermediate English, B2.
- Category B driving licence.
