What you will do

• Develop and implement operational support structures for the Retail Americas team.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of retail programs, including roadmap, resourcing, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, logistical, and cultural risks for new market launches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in international program management.
• Deep expertise in retail account management, channel marketing, or retail execution.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states).
