Location: New York City, New York. Must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Salary: $219,000-$255,000

What you will do

• Lead a small team of analysts (3–4), including Product Analysts, setting the technical bar and unblocking analysis design and scoping.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and executives to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Own measurement and experimentation strategy, including A/B testing, causal inference, propensity matching, synthetic controls, and forecasting.
• Design metrics, run high-stakes analyses to isolate treatment effects and validate assumptions, and communicate insights that drive decisions.
• Mentor analysts through hard problems, enforce analytical best practices for error prevention and reproducibility, and manage growth plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience managing analysts or data scientists, including reviewing code and teaching experiment design.
• Advanced analytical and statistical rigor, including experiment design (randomization, sample size, threats to validity) and causal inference tradeoffs.
• Strong data visualization and communication skills (dashboards, slides, notebooks) for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to scope complex problems independently, make decisions with ambiguous data, and deliver high-quality results to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in the New York City office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
