Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Develop a strategic analytic roadmap to identify and resolve inefficiencies across the order lifecycle, including shipping delays and inventory inaccuracies.
• Own operational metrics and bridge the gap between operations and finance regarding forecasting, spend tracking, and variance analysis.
• Lead quarterly cost reduction initiatives focusing on fulfillment COGS, freight costs, and cost per contact.
• Deliver critical data for S&OP reviews and Operations OKR check-ins to shape prioritization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build and maintain reliable data assets and metric definitions within the semantic layer.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics within a consumer business (eCommerce, hardware, CPG, or retail).
• Proven experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar ELT/data warehouse platforms.
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect operational data to costs and strategic priorities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
