Salary: $166,000 - $214,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and develop a high-performing BI team, coaching analysts on strategic problem framing and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with senior functional leaders to define analytical initiatives and design effective technical approaches.
• Own analytical output quality, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key business questions.
• Lead the evolution of the BI operating model, balancing service delivery with self-service capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern BI tooling and embed AI-assisted methods into team workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Governance teams to ensure trusted data foundations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience, including hypothesis-driven analysis and business case development.
• 4+ years of people management experience, specifically developing senior-level individual contributors.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with modern BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python or R).
• Demonstrated experience influencing VP-level stakeholders and leading analytics transformations.
• Familiarity with data modeling, metric governance, and AI-assisted analytical workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in a complex B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfort with GTM, revenue, customer health, and product domains.
• Experience with predictive modeling techniques.
