Salary: $88,157 – $110,197 CAD

What you will do

• Coordinate the procurement and renewal of IT hardware, software, and services while ensuring organizational compliance.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and lead contract negotiations.
• Analyze spending to identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and demand management.
• Partner with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to provide procurement guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Streamline and automate procurement processes, templates, and playbooks to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize market insights and AI-enabled tools to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or IT.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT procurement and supplier management.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Must hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
• Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
• English proficiency required (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (PMAC, SCMP, ISM, or CTPE).
• French language proficiency (written and spoken).
