IT Senior Procurement Specialist (IT)

What you will do

• Manage marketing and production procurement mandates from preparation through contract finalization.
• Lead contract lifecycle management, including supplier onboarding, invoice approvals, handoffs, NDAs, MNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and renewals.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality, delivery timelines, and business compliance.
• Partner with Marketing, Production, Finance, and Legal stakeholders throughout supplier engagements.
• Serve as the primary contact for external IT vendors, overseeing performance, communication, issue resolution, and quality reviews.
• Support supplier evaluation and sourcing through industry standards, market research, and strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and build supplier partnerships.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
• Solid understanding of contracts, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client- and user-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
