Senior Talent Partner

TL;DR

Senior Talent Partner (Recruiting): Own complex hiring loops for senior creative and project management roles, replacements, and leadership-team searches with an accent on senior-level stakeholder management and offer conversations. Focus on building and scaling Talent Ops across the recruitment stack while mentoring junior recruiters and supporting tricky leveling decisions.

What you will do

• Own 4–6 open roles at once, including 2+ senior or strategic hires across Project Management, Creative, and UGC.
• Build trust with senior hiring managers and leadership.
• Run offer conversations independently up to senior IC and team lead level.
• Mentor 1–2 junior recruiters.
• Help shape the recruiting playbook as hiring scales.
• Partner with the Head of Talent on leveling calls and candidate seniority decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a marketing/advertising agency, services, or a remote-first tech company.
• Experience hiring senior individual contributors and first-time managers.
• Ability to communicate candid feedback to senior hiring managers.
• Strong judgment about what “great” looks like and the ability to defend it.
• Comfort mentoring others without needing a manager title.
