What you will do
- Audit and rebuild the recruiting funnel, ensuring a world-class candidate experience for all candidates.
- Develop employer branding to attract top-tier engineering and go-to-market talent.
- Strategically set up a scalable talent organization for a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
- Research, test, and implement AI tools to automate recruiting and HR tasks, including automated scheduling and AI-assisted sourcing/screening.
- Map out and improve key employee journey milestones such as onboarding, anniversaries, and promotions.
- Manage onboarding logistics, administrative tasks, and contract amendments, ensuring compliance and a human-centric approach.

- Demonstrate a strong process orientation, focused on creating structures and attention to detail.
- Be tech-savvy and AI-curious, eager to apply technology to humanize HR processes.
- Exhibit high empathy and communication skills, with excellent English proficiency.
- Be a fast learner, capable of understanding technical environments like Cloud Engineering and OpenTelemetry.
- Must work from within the EMEA region.
