What you will do

• Audit and rebuild the recruiting funnel, ensuring a world-class candidate experience for all candidates.
• Develop employer branding to attract top-tier engineering and go-to-market talent.
• Strategically set up a scalable talent organization for a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
• Research, test, and implement AI tools to automate recruiting and HR tasks, including automated scheduling and AI-assisted sourcing/screening.
• Map out and improve key employee journey milestones such as onboarding, anniversaries, and promotions.
• Manage onboarding logistics, administrative tasks, and contract amendments, ensuring compliance and a human-centric approach.
