What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of 8–10 SDRs focusing on the DACH market.
• Run daily call reviews and objection-handling workshops to refine messaging and increase handover cases.
• Take ownership of the DACH team's pipeline targets through high-quality, targeted outbound outreach.
• Champion the use of modern sales tools and AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Act as the bridge between the SDR team and Account Executives to ensure lead quality and handoff efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience formally managing SDR/BDR teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Established, structured framework for upskilling reps and identifying behavioral bottlenecks.
• Native or business-fluent German is required.
• Deep understanding of the DACH commercial landscape and GDPR compliance standards.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Cologne.
