Program Manager/Training Lead

What you will do

• Review training plans and collaborate with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to finalize training schedules and timelines.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive, role-based, and myVCF system training for internal and external audiences.
• Develop curriculum and standardized materials covering end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including claim review, administration, quality control, and payment.
• Create professional graphics, How-To Guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, website content, and other communication materials.
• Support staff through the transition to transformed claim review and operational processes, including focus-group planning and rollout activities.
• Submit training and communication materials for VCF approval and track revisions and prioritization.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• At least 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Experience designing comprehensive training approaches, curricula, manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
