Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver role-based training for internal and external audiences.
• Manage training workstreams and coordinate schedules with the transformation readiness team.
• Create professional-quality graphics and communication media for guides and website content.
• Support staff transition through the rollout of transformed claim review processes.
• Develop system training materials using content provided by subject matter experts.
• Track all training and communication materials through the formal approval process.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
