What you will do

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with top-tier fitness and wellness partners.
• Conduct regular outbound outreach to identify partner pain points and sell tailored solutions.
• Drive growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
• Maintain a strong field presence through studio visits, events, and networking.
• Achieve monthly quota targets related to upsell and partner retention.
• Collaborate with the international team to strengthen the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must be based in Amsterdam with the ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills.
• Knowledge of or connections within the local fitness and wellness industry.
