Salary: €45,000–€55,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the full-cycle expansion process for a high-volume customer portfolio.
- Proactively identify expansion signals and convert add-ons, upgrades, and cross-sells.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers.
- Maintain disciplined daily activity, including high-volume calling and CRM management in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure account health and smooth hand-offs.
- Continuously develop product expertise and refine commercial sales techniques.
Requirements
- Dutch: C1+ proficiency required
- English: Professional proficiency required
- Proven commercial experience in roles such as SDR, BDR, or Account Manager.
- High energy, resilience, and a strong bias toward action.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage high-volume workflows effectively.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.
