What you will do

• Lead targeted secondary research (desk research and secondary data analysis) and primary research (interviews with key opinion leaders and insurance payers) with minimal oversight.
• Synthesize research insights to develop logical, effective client recommendations.
• Independently run work streams, meet deadlines, and support junior team members as needed.
• Create high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides and Excel models).
• Communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and structured way.
• Contribute to firm capabilities and infrastructure and support a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) with a strong academic record.
• 1+ year of experience at a life science consultancy, including work across multiple projects and associate/analyst-level responsibilities.
• Strong passion for and understanding of dynamics and issues in the pharma and biotech industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
