Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Remote available in the US, or Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days/week in office).

Salary: $99,000–$138,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own and enhance pricing strategies by optimizing models and upgrading assumption pipelines.
• Develop competitive pricing intelligence using market signals and win/loss data to guide GTM leadership.
• Analyze engagement and financial data to link price points to win rates and renewal outcomes.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for client-facing teams to drive decisions.
• Support the deal desk with financial analysis and pricing approval documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure pricing aligns with revenue recognition standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.
• 5+ years of experience as an actuary, pricing analyst, or financial analyst.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and data analysis (SQL, Python, R).
• Proven experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams via a deal desk or strategic finance.
