TL;DR

Salary: $75,000–$85,000.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize financial models using Excel, SQL, and VBA.
• Perform network access analyses and translate technical outputs into actionable insights.
• Partner with the Sales team to deliver competitive proposals and RFP responses.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
• Become a subject matter expert in claims, utilization, and pricing models.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, epidemiology, finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or analytics.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets (30M+ rows).
• Experience using development environments like VS Code.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare and insurance terminology.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Experience partnering with customer-facing teams.
