What you will do

• Facilitate complex requirements discovery sessions to clarify stakeholder needs and solution direction.
• Author and maintain detailed FRDs, business rules, configuration logic, and interface requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and assess cross-system impacts across integrations, reporting, and operations.
• Maintain requirements traceability from approval through design, development, and testing.
• Define acceptance criteria and partner with QA to validate requirement coverage and defect resolution.
• Support service transition by documenting key requirements, configurations, and known impacts.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, systems delivery, or software implementation.
• Strong proficiency in writing FRDs, SRS-style documentation, and process flows.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Advanced written communication skills with the ability to produce review-ready documentation.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and QA.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with requirements management tools like Polarion or Jira.
• Background in lottery, gaming, or complex transaction-based enterprise systems.
• Experience with large-scale migrations, product rollouts, or regulated technology programs.
