Senior Technical Analyst (Laboratory Systems)

TL;DR

Senior Technical Analyst (Laboratory Systems): Support the delivery, configuration, and validation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems in a pharmaceutical R&D environment with an accent on AWS cloud resources and GxP compliance. Focus on developing validation scripts (IQ/OQ, UAT), troubleshooting instrument connectivity, and coordinating infrastructure deployments across cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and deploy laboratory instrument data acquisition systems.
• Manage on-premises and AWS cloud resources to support lab applications and workflows.
• Develop, execute, and maintain IQ/OQ, UAT, and other validation test scripts.
• Prepare and maintain SDLC and validation documentation in accordance with GxP requirements.
• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and laboratory instrument connectivity issues.
• Deliver technical documentation, user guidance, and conduct training sessions for users.

Requirements

• Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and AWS cloud services.
• Proven expertise in GxP and non-GxP regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of chromatography data systems and large-scale instrument integrations.
• Experience with software lifecycle management and regulated system deployments.
• English: Fluent (C1) required

Nice to have

• Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS or similar laboratory informatics platforms.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of computerized system compliance and laboratory validation.
• Experience working in Agile or global delivery environments.
