Salary: 100–130 PLN net per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate technical project work and estimate analytical and development tasks.
• Identify system problems and generate robust technical and business process solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional, system, and technical documentation.
• Visualize and manage dependencies between various banking applications and system components.
• Collaborate with software developers and business units to ensure high-quality IT delivery.
• Participate in system and business testing phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in banking or insurance software projects.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN and UML notations.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect is highly desirable.
• Solid technical background in data structures, integration technologies, and software development methodologies.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• University degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
